Pre-sale Service

M-shine professional team will help you choose the best solution to your LED display application, according to the specific case scenario and the detailed requirements you provided. We’re proficient in Optics & Vision Effect Design, Mechanical Design, Electrical Design and Control System Design, and we will place our years of experience at your disposal.


Installation & Debugging Service

Installation manual will be provided by M-shine to help you handle installation, which includes several drawings as following, the screen drawing, modules & cabinets drawing, frames & supporters drawing, the control system drawing and the power supply system drawing.

Listed as followings are ways for problem solving:

(1) Phone-call troubleshooting, 24/7 Customer Support by phone or fax directly;

(2) Internet assistance, Skype or E-mail for Customer Support;

(3) Onsite service.


Spare Parts

We will prepare 0.3 % spare part of LED screen components for our customers free of charge. And we are responsible for the quality of all screen components we sold out.


Training Service

We always give training courses to our customers on Screen System Operating & Maintenance. Our customers are welcome to take training courses in our factory in Shenzhen, China. Details of training course could be found in Service category.


After-sale Service

(1) All the failed electronic parts, as well as all the mechanical components will be replaced for free in the first year from the date of purchase;

(2) All the failed electronic parts, as well as all the mechanical components will be replaced at cost price from the 2nd year to the 5th years of service period;

(3) The software updating is free for lifetime.


Warranty

We guarantee a just-in-time production, just-in-time purchasing and just-in-time delivery and shipment;

We guarantee that all the LED screen components meet or excel relevant international standards;

We guarantee that all the products we provide are QC tested, brand new and complete. The technical support materials we provide are complete, clear and correct for proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

The Limited Warranty Period starts from the date of purchase. Your Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice, showing the date of purchase , is your purchase date proof . You may be required by our Service Centers or Authorized Service Providers to present a proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service. You are entitled to a hardware warranty service if a repair is required within the Limited Warranty Period.


Exclusions from this Limited Warranty Service

The warranty only covers technical hardware issues during the warranty period and in normal use conditions. It does not apply to software issues or customer induced damages or circumstances such as but not limited to:

(a) The Product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by nonauthorized personnel;

(b) The serial number of the Product, components or accessories has been altered, cancelled or removed;

(c) The warranty seals have been broken or altered;

(d) Obsolescence;

(e) Damage (accidental or otherwise) to the Product that does not impact the Product’s operation and functions, such as without limitation to rust, change in color, texture or finish, wear and tear, and gradual deterioration;

(f ) Damage to the Product caused by war, terrorism, fire, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, and use under abnormal conditions;

(g) Damage to the Product caused by improper installation, improper connection;

(h) Damage to the Product caused by an external electrical fault or any accident.
