NO.1 Waterproof

In outdoor applications. LED display need IP65 at least, so it can work normally in heavy rain weather. we suggest users choose high quality display at the first beginning.

All M-Shine outdoor display are produced with high standards, cabinets are required waterproof testing before shipping, 360° water spraying on screen surface at least 30mnutes, ensure clients the real IP65 waterproofing.

NO.2 Moisture proof

Display was usually asked for 10% to 60% relative humidity, reaching or exceeding this rate, display will be need to dehumidify and power off checking.

M-Shine controlled the quality strictly, outdoor display’s working humidity actually can reach max 85%, even 90% extreme rate, and still work stably, In addition, the easily corrosive parts are highly triple proof coating protected as well, like metal columns, circuit boards, wiring terminals and joints, component pins, so components are not sensitive to water vapor. 

NO.3 Lightning protection

Lightning strikes are deadly to all electronic equipment, lightning protection measures must be taken, beside indispensable lightning rods, cabinets must connect to ground, power cable and signal cable should adding lightning protection devices.
