As is shown above, it is the the structure and operational principle of an LED display. Multichannel signals or several screens input arranged by cut bank, are pieced together through video stitcher and video processor, which work with sending cards and receiving cards. Sending card transfers signals into data discernible for receiving cards, then make it visualized on LED screen. LED screen actually is a LED matrix placed on PCB along with Drive ICs. LED lamps serve as pixels in LED screen. Single channel signal can be simply controlled by control system and/or PC to be visualized on LED screen, video stitcher and video processor are not necessary for single channel input situation.
Power supply system is required for LED screen to work, you might need power distribution especially for a large screen. Make sure that your LED screen is installed in a well-ventilated place. If necessary, air conditioning or cooling fan is needed to make sure good heat radiation.
There are outdoor and indoor solutions, stainless steel and die-cast aluminum alloy light-weighted cabinets and different specifications portfolio for you to choose from. Meet your needs for various applications.
