How to maintain an LED full color display

LED displays, as electronic products, need to be maintained regularly. Failure of an LED display is caused by improper operation and lack of display maintenance knowledge some times . Now we talk about how to maintain an LED screen.
1. The voltage of LED displays should be keeping stable, the grounding wire is in good connection, and the power supply should be cut off in bad weather such as thunder and lightning, heavy rain and so on.
2. Outdoor LED displays will be exposed to wind, sun and dust. Do not use wet cloth to wipe the dust of LED displays' surface directly. It can be cleaned by alcohol or by brush and vacuum cleaner.
3. When using an LED display, we need to turn on the control computer first and then turn on the LED display. After using, make sure you turn off the LED display first, then turn off the computer.
4. Prevent inflow of water from getting inside LED displays, and avoid combustible materials and conductive metals to enter LED screens, so as to avoid short circuit and fire happening. If it is flooded, please cut off power supply and contact a maintenance personnel. it can't be used until the panel is completely dry.
5. It is recommended that an outdoor LED display should be turn off at least 2 hours a day, and be used at least once a week and more than 2 hours every time during the rainy season.
6. Do not cut off power supply before turn it off. Do not frequently turn on and off the LED display power supply, lest current surge hurts LED displays and affect the lifespan of outdoor LED displays. Do not disassemble and splice LED screens without presence of maintenance staffs.
7. An LED full-color display should be regularly checked, check if the display is working properly, if wires are in good condition, and make sure damaged parts are repaired or replaced in time. The controller computer and other control equipment should be placed in air-conditioned, dustless room to ensure control system well ventilation and cooling. Non-professionals are forbidden to open, disassemble or repair LED displays, lest damages or electric shock.
