As we all know, condensation is a potential hazard to LED displays, especially for connectors of moduleswhich have gone through waterproof treatment, condensation is likely to corrode mental parts, ICs and PCBs, thus affect the performance of connectors and displays, even damage the parts of LED displays. Circuit boards are extremely inclined to cause condensation and water droplets, thus affecting the display, which causes average lifetime of outdoor LED screes are about 30% less than indoor LED displays. 

How to effectively prevent condensation, improve lifetime of display circuit boards and save service costs has become a major problem of outdoor LED displays. Here have we a couple of solutions to this question: 

Solution 1: coated with three anti-paint

Three anti-paint anti-condensation solution, which makes a layer of micron-level three anti-paint attached to the surface of the circuit board through the low concentration of micro-coating technology. It has extremely low surface tension, condensation on the circuit boards will fall off as growing, so as to achieve the anti-condensation objective.

Solution 2: electric heating method

Mount anti-condensation devices inside an LED display, keep the temperature inside the display higher than ambient temperature outside the screen, and minimize the relative humidity inside the screen, which can completely prevent condensation inside the screen.
